Shipping
Delivery of orders shall be in the direction indicated by the Buyer to make the request and may be different from the physical
address of this.
The minimum order amount is set at 25 €, in order to avoid excessive impact of shipping on the product price. The system
does not allow orders below that amount.
All orders, except those containing products of craftsmanship, are released within 24 hours of receiving payment, or phone call
approval, if necessary. As regards the time of delivery by the transport company, usually between 3/5 working days for domestic
shipments and 4/8 days for shipments to UE countries. Regarding shipments to countries outside UE the deadline may be delayed up
to 15 days more.
Only shipments to Spain and the Balearic Islands can be Cash on Delivery. Consignments sent under this form of payment will
increase by 5%, with a minimum of 3.00 € in respect of administrative and management costs charged by the logistics company.
The delivery time for products of craftsmanship may in some cases be more than a week, since this type of product is produced on a very small scale.
Currently, all shipments are made via the Post Office and Postal Certificate Package.
However, Buyer can apply for express delivery, as parcels Express or through another carrier. In this case, must be recorded and also to bear the extra expenses incurred this method.
Currently all orders over 75 € and sent to Spain did not have postage.
Returns
Our main goal is customer satisfaction. We want the product you purchase at our store always respond to their expectations. If
not, you have 7 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods to return the product.
If I had to make use of this process, please let me know and will gladly show you the steps to follow.
Admission requires the return of the merchandise is not manipulated, and returned in original packaging in perfect condition.
In case of return or exchange the cost of transportation will be borne by Buyer. The goods will be sent by Mail post to the place
of origin of the issue or failing to headquarters Seller (specified with the shipment). In the package returned must accompany all documentation submitted and return the slip with the customer's data, address, etc.
Upon receipt of the goods and after checking the status of the goods, Comserpro S.L. will refund the amount of purchase minus
shipping charges, regardless of who paid, and by bank transfer or check, no later than thirty days.
